Consultation Services

Due to the personalized nature of our spiritual consultation services, all payments for completed sessions are final and non-refundable. Each session involves significant preparation, time, and energy dedicated specifically to your consultation.

Cancellation Before Session

• If you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled session, you may receive a full refund or reschedule at no additional cost
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session may not be eligible for a refund
• No-shows without prior communication are not eligible for refunds

Rescheduling

We understand that life can be unpredictable. You may reschedule your session by contacting us at least 24 hours in advance. One free reschedule is permitted per booking.

Service Dissatisfaction

If you are unsatisfied with your consultation experience, please contact us within 48 hours of your session. We will review your concern on a case-by-case basis and may offer a complimentary follow-up session or partial credit at our discretion.
